		<description>I found the source. I remembered an article in a newspaper about japanese singer and writer Mieko Kawakami. It must have been in &#039;Die Zeit&#039;, but I was unable to locate it there. However, the Netzeitung has also an article about Kawakami, mentioning the facts I remembered. They refer to Technorati as their source:

It says, roughly translated: Last year 37% of all Blog postings (not Blogs, my fault) were written in Japanese, and all postings in English together were 36%.
I mentioned this just to question the beginning of the article
