@Edlef, I have tried some QR Code readers and it seems that only the QuickMark’s reader can read the QR Bookmark I have putted on the cover :’(. We should ask the autors of the other reader to accept this kind of QR Code.

The QR Code of the cover has got two objects:
* A bookmark you can add to your mobile browser with “Infobib” as the title.
* A link to http://infobib.de

I thought that it was a good idea to give a QR Bookmark, but it seems that it wasn’t at all. Maybe in Japan (with better technology) it works :). To ensure that everybody can access the Infobib blog through the cover – if this cover wins -, the QR code must be changed to a simple QR link that all QR readers can read.

@Eqhes: Thanks, but it seems that my mobile (SE K800i) is not supported by Quickmarks.
The code generated from Neoreader or Kaywa () works for me.
It seems that your code QR ist text and URL and more information?

@Edlef, you can try using the QuickMark Reader. For me it's the best QR Codes reader by diference and using it you should see the QR Bookmark as well as I see it on my HTC TyTn ;). In case this design win the contest and most people has got problems with the Bookmark, it can be changed by a simple QR Link to this web site :).

Das Cover mit dem QR-Code gefaellt mir ganz gut, allerdings funktioniert er mit meinem Reader (Neoreader) nicht ganz. Er liefert mir “MEBKM:TITLEInfobib;URL:http://infobib.de;;”
Eigentlich sollte doch direkt der Link nutzbar sein?! Ansonsten bin ich für Vorschlag 2, wobei natürlich der Bezug zum “roten” infobib fehlt. Aber das Layout wird sicher sowieso mal wieder geändert ;-)

Nur voten, nicht auch begründen?

So gefällt mir rein ästhetisch Nummer sieben am besten: aber es hat den nachteil, dass die Coverfarben das Infobib-Design nicht aufnehmen. Ohnehin sollte es irgendetwas wiedererkennbares zwischen Buch und Webseite geben, denke ich. Und da es kein Infobib-Logo gibt, helfen die Farben gut weiter.

Spielereien wie Strichcode (9) oder Barcode (5) sagen mir nicht zu, weil die Gestaltungsidee nichts mit dem Inhalt des Buches zu tun hat. Gilt auch für den schönen ‘Entwurf’ von Edlef Stabenau (4). (2) ist mir ein bisschen zu direkt umgesetzt.
